Are you buckled up for the roller-coaster ride that’s just ahead?
Between now and Election Day on November 8th, we will have moments when we’re up — way up — and moments when we’re down — way down.
That’s the nature of the beast we call politics. The challenge is to keep your head when everyone around you is losing theirs. And with so much at stake this year, Maine desperately needs a grassroots army of level-headed patriots.
Join Maine First Project in Presque Isle on Saturday, October 22nd, for FREE training on the “Ground Game” that’s the foundation of any successful campaign for public office. This specialized training will teach you the basics you need to know to help Maine First candidates across the finish line — and keep your head in the process.
Whether you’re helping a candidate for your local town council or county commission, the local school board, or the state Legislature, we will provide you with the tools you need to make a difference in these races.
Every two years, I’m amazed at the number of Maine state legislative races that are decided by 15 or 20 votes, out of 4,000 to 5,000 total votes cast. YOU could provide the decisive push to victory in a close race if you’re trained in best practices — and you keep your head in the home stretch.
You and I both know how much is at stake on November 8th. Let’s make sure our Maine First candidates have the troops they need to win their races.
See you in Presque Isle on Saturday the 22nd!
Best Regards,
Hon. Lawrence Lockman
Maine House of Representatives, 2012-2020

P.S.
Now that Labor Day is in the rear-view mirror, it’s time to focus on the midterm elections that will be here before we know it.
If you want to make a difference in a contest for a seat on your local town council or school board, or in the state Legislature, plan on joining with like-minded Mainers on Saturday, October 22nd in Presque Isle. We will be offering a specialized training session focused on the nuts and bolts of winning campaigns.
