Maine Parents Win HUGE Victory in School Board Battle!

Today, Maine parents are celebrating another victory in the battle to protect their kids from the filth that’s become commonplace in Maine’s K-12 government-run schools!

This time it was Dirigo High School in the Oxford County town of Dixfield, where parents succeeded in convincing the school board to remove “Gender Queer: A Memoir” from the school library.

This book is so sick and twisted, one parent described it as pornographic and “perversely vulgar.” Not just the text, but the comics-style graphics of minor children engaged in fellatio.

Maine patriots need to seize the momentum from this and other recent victories and strike while the iron is hot!

That’s why Maine First Project, every month, is teaching the best practices to peacefully and patriotically advance traditional values that will return Maine to The Way Life Should Be.

Better still, our next training is specifically focused on fighting back against woke school boards and putting students first.

Your FREE opportunity to learn the proven methods for winning cultural and political wars is this coming Saturday, August 20th, in Augusta for our “Back to School” specialized training. This event is by invitation only, so shoot me an email at larrylockman22@gmail.com if you’re interested.

There is a $25 deposit required, but your deposit will be fully refunded at the training.

Last Tuesday, more than 50 people showed up at the RSU 56 school board meeting in Dixfield. Of the ten who addressed the board, eight were parents who strongly objected to making pornographic material available to students.

After 90 minutes of discussion, the board voted 7-2 to remove the book, reversing their June decision to keep it on the shelves.

This is a huge victory for parents. But there’s also a lesson here that bears repeating: when Mainers show up in numbers to make their voices heard, they can begin cleaning up the mess that’s been made of Maine’s government-run schools.

Maine First Project supporters have been on the frontlines of this culture-war battle for more than three years — before most people in Maine had even heard of Critical Race Theory in the classroom or kiddie porn in school libraries.

If you want basic training in the best practices for exposing and opposing educational malpractice in your school district — join us in Augusta this coming Saturday, August 20th for our “Back to School” specialized training. If you’re interested in attending, email me at larrylockman22@gmail.com for logistics.

This FREE specialized training will feature:

  • The tools you need to pull the curtain back on what’s going on in your local district;
  • An examination of best practices for contesting objectionable curricula and reading material;
  • Tips and techniques for recruiting school board candidates and electing them to those important seats;
  • And so much more!

You don’t want to miss our Director of Special Projects, Shawn McBeairty, as he peels back the layers of camouflage the K-12 swamp critters have donned to protect themselves from disinfectant sunlight.

Shawn will also provide a first-hand account of his hugely significant and historic First Amendment victory in federal district court last month.

As I mentioned, this course is by invitation only, so email me at larrylockman22@gmail.com if you’re interested in joining the grassroots army taking Maine back from the San Francisco Values crowd running our government schools. There is a $25 deposit required to secure your seat. However, your deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED at the training.

It was great to hear that state Senator Lisa Keim of Dixfield spoke up at the RSU 56 school board meeting!

In her remarks, she noted that “Gender Queer” is at the center of a national controversy.

“The evidence is overwhelming that America’s classrooms from the earliest grades are being used not to educate but to indoctrinate our children with radical ideologies, racially divisive theories and distorted views on human sexuality,” she said. “The book ‘Gender Queer’ is a perfect example of this.”

Outstanding!

Predictably, the Leftist lunatic mob on Twitter is having a collective meltdown over Sen. Keim’s comments.

She’s being smeared as “viciously homophobic” for her strong stand against gay porn in the high school library.Smear campaigns and character assassination are the Left’s chosen weapons in this battle.

I’m confident Sen. Keim is prepared for the onslaught, and she won’t back down no matter how many slings and arrows come her way.

Hopefully, we’ll hear soon from other legislators and legislative candidates who, up to now, have been hiding in the tall grass.

And hopefully you’ll be the next proud Mainer speaking out to replace CRT and Queer Theory with the basics: reading, writing, and arithmetic. You’ll learn the step-by-step ways to do so most effectively this coming Saturday, August 20th, in Augusta. E-mail me at larrylockman22@gmail.comfor more details.

Let’s build on the momentum of our victories!

See you in Augusta this coming Saturday.

Sincerely,

Hon. Lawrence Lockman
