Buckle up, and hang on to your wallet.
The Legislature is back in town!
But don’t despair.
In just a few weeks, Maine First Project will host another of our free Activist Training sessions, right up the street from the Coliseum on the Kennebec. So save the date: Saturday, January 20th, from 9 am to noon. This is an invitation-only event, and we require a fully refundable $10 deposit to secure your seat. Let me know right away by clicking HERE if you’re interested, as we expect to reach venue capacity before the 20th.
Topping the agenda will be a discussion of Gov. Millstone’s plan to throw gasoline on Maine’s smoldering illegal immigration crisis. Last summer, she ordered her staff to prepare a plan to create a new bureaucratic structure within the executive branch of state government. Its mission? To accelerate illegal immigration into Maine from the current 3,000 illegals annually to 15,000 every year for the next five years.
Maine taxpayers will be on the hook for the non-citizen newcomers’ food, housing, education, and healthcare. Much of that funding will be channeled through parasitic non-profits that helped craft the plan — and are already lined up at the slop trough.
The blueprint is set to be unveiled on January 19th, so it will be a hot topic for discussion at our training session on the 20th. In the meantime, if you haven’t already, check out my analysis of Mills’ executive order:
Also on the agenda: basic training in shining a bright light into the deepest recesses of the swamp, whether it’s your local school district or Augusta’s sprawling, multi-layered bureaucracies.
Steve Robinson, Editor-in-Chief at The Maine Wire, will share his knowledge and experience using the Freedom of Access Act (FOAA) to pry information loose from public servants who would much prefer to operate in the shadows. I agree with Big Steve that sunlight is a great disinfectant. We’ve set aside some time for Q&A, so don’t miss this opportunity to get your questions answered.
My co-founding partner and MFP executive director Zach Gelpey will lead a training segment focused on our Mainers for Excellence in Education initiative. These local groups of concerned parents and taxpayers are key to our objective of flipping more school board seats in 2024.
Zach and I will also lead a discussion of the legal opinion Maine First Project commissioned last year. Drafted by a prestigious Augusta-based law firm, the opinion (click HERE) should give sober second thoughts to any school board that’s contemplating adopting the dangerous and demented transgender policies being promoted by the shyster lawyers at Drummond Woodsum in Portland. We will be discussing ideas on how to best present the opinion to school board members.
All of this and more is on the agenda on Saturday, January 20th, from 9 am to noon, right up the street from the Statehouse. We expect to reach capacity for the venue soon, so don’t delay if you’re interested. Click HERE to sign up for this invitation-only training event made possible by the generosity of Maine First Project’s donors.
Don’t miss this opportunity to join like-minded Mainers on a mission to peacefully and patriotically liberate Maine from the progressive fascists (as David Horowitz calls them) who are deeply embedded in state government, academia, the K-12 swamp, and the Fake News industry.
We will stand together against the smiley-faced bad actors who are wrecking this great state.
Thank you for standing up for Maine’s future.
See you in Augusta.
Best Regards,
Hon. Lawrence Lockman
